Vicky is the primary contact for all employees, clients and suppliers. She project manages all the contracts and is a favourite amongst PB Drilling’s clients because of her honest and straightforward approach.

Gill provides administrative support to Vicky and the team of drillers and is a huge asset to PB Drilling with her friendly approach and efficient manner.

PB Drilling employs five crews; the lead drillers boast a total of 80 years’ drilling experience, and each of the assistant drillers has an average of 5 years’ drilling experience. External recruitment of lead drillers, assistant drillers or crews is supplemented, where possible, by internally training up assistant drillers to become lead drillers. All drilling crews reside locally to Wigan.
